Hatfield Builders Dallas Designer, Amanda Jones, Honored with Prestigious Award

At Hatfield Builders we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best for every member of our small and hard-working Dallas renovation team. Project Designer Amanda Jones, a Registered Interior Designer with a BS in Interior Design from Baylor University, knows how to get the job done. A dedicated member of our team, Amanda is a true go-getter and in addition to her solid creative chops, she always has an upbeat, problem-solving approach to her work. We weren’t surprised at all when she was honored by inclusion in the Professional Remodeler 40 Under 40 this year, but we sure are proud.

Words can’t express what an impacting member of the team Amanda is; last year she played a large part in the conduit for over $3 million in revenue for the company. And at only 32, she has proven herself time and again for innovative design and a true appreciation for her team and our customers. But the award from was granted in particular for the innovative new system Amanda put into place for Hatfield recently..

Last year as a company we sought a solution for bringing the team together and more organized to make the work-flow go more smoothly and to shorten project time for our clients. This is especially important for whole-house remodels which are pretty involved. The document Amanda developed works to keep everything organized by room, so that no matter how many items are arriving at a given time, it’s clear which item is for which room and so on. The plans also include details that make it easy for project managers to communicate with the team and the client at all times, making the project go more smoothly for everyone involved.

Amanda was thrilled with the recognition, saying it was an honor to be included “among such an esteemed group of young professionals in our industry.” She went on to say, “I am so proud to have found a home here at Hatfield, and for the opportunity to represent the company among the best in the nation.”

The Hatfield team is grateful for Amanda’s dedication to her job and the company, and most of all, to the clients and projects themselves, whom she loves.
