Kitchen Remodel

This Lake Highlands home wan’t built all that long ago, but the homeowners were not loving the kitchen built by previous owners.  The layout was not working for them and the traditional wood cabinets and finishes were making this space feel dated.  We moved the sink and fridge and created a stunning focal point with cook top and vent hood.  We replaced all of the cabinets and created an all new lighting plan.  The island is now functional and a great work space.  This bright kitchen is now a centerpiece for this beautiful home.  See all photos for this project here.

Whole Home Remodel

When we arrived to talk to this owner about her dated kitchen, her home had just flooded from a broken water heater.  Extensive damage had been done to the home and the owners took the opportunity to give this whole home a major renovation.  We used dark cabinets, new hardwood floors, cool open shelving and a midnight blue island to take this kitchen from the early 1990s to today.  See all photos for this project here and here.

Kitchen & Living Area Remodel

This house has a really cool contemporary vibe, however the old kitchen was a boxy closed off space that the owners really disliked.  We went to work and opened this kitchen to the rest of the first floor of this home and created a fantastically cohesive space where these homeowners can entertain and enjoy.  See all photos for this project here and here.

Home Addition & Interior Remodel

These homeowners were loving the location of this home right off White Rock Lake, but they were feeling cramped in their current spaces with their small children.  We added a Mid Century Modern second floor addition that dramatically changed this home inside and out!  These clients now have the space they have always wanted to enjoy in their home.  See all photos for this project here and here.

Master Bathroom

This bathroom was stuck in the 1980s.  The sunken tub and exposing shower were not comfortable for these homeowners.  We started completely over and gave them a serene spa like bath.  They truly love how spacious and functional this space now feels!  See all of the photos for this project here.
