Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) Builders Recognized by Dallas Home Builders ARC Awards

On August 19, 2017, Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) Builders & Remodelers was honored by the Dallas Builders Association with eight awards for some of our most recent work. Since our inception, Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) Builders & Remodelers has worked hard to create top-of-the-line, trend-setting spaces that Dallas-area homeowners love for both their look and function. As a result, we were honored to receive multiple ARC awards for the third year in a row! Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) Builders took home the following awards:

• Best Bathroom Remodel Under $35,000
• Best Bathroom Remodel $35,000 – $50,000 
• Best Bathroom Remodel $50,000 – $75,000 
• Best Bathroom Remodel Over $75,000  
• Best Kitchen Remodel $50,000 – $75,000 
• Best Dining Room
• Best Whole House Remodel Under $100,000
• Best Whole House Remodel $100,000 – $300,000

We were honored to have been recognized alongside of the most innovative designers and builders in the Dallas area. The ARC Awards accept submissions from:

• Remodelers who provide remodeling and renovation construction services in all
volume levels
• Custom Builders who build fewer than 50 homes annually in the Dallas/Fort Worth
metroplex or have an annual sales volume of less than $25 million;
• Associates who provide services to Remodelers and Custom Builders;
• Developers who develop subdivisions for Custom Builders.

These projects were completed between January 1, 2016 and June 2017.
