Hatfield Builders & Remodelers’ Latest Awards & Accolades

It’s been an exciting summer for Dallas-based home remodeling firm Hatfield Builders! We have completed some truly remarkable projects this year, from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-homes, wine rooms, stunning master suites, and so much more. In addition to the opportunity to create so many new and improved spaces for our clients, we’ve also received some wonderful mentions in three of the top ranking lists and awards ceremonies for the Dallas area—and the nation!

We couldn’t be prouder to share with our current and future customers—and community at large—the honors and accolades we’ve received in the past few months.

Dallas Builders Association ARC Awards

On August 20, we felt the love from the Dallas Builders Association! We brought home six ARC awards. This prestigious annual awards ceremony is held each summer to recognize building excellence in area firms.

We were thrilled to be awarded in six categories. Three of these were for kitchen remodels, showing our range for kitchen projects at a variety of price points: Best Kitchen Remodel Under $35,000, Best Kitchen Remodel $50,000 – $75,000, and Best Kitchen Remodel $75,000 – $100,000. We were also awarded Best Wine Room Remodel for Wine Lover’s Dream, Best Addition (for our Mid Century Modern project we blogged about earlier this summer), and Best Master Suite Remodel for this gorgeous project.

Professional Remodeler Magazine 2016 Gold Design Award Winner

We are extremely proud to have been awarded a Gold Design Award for Residential Specialty for our Scarborough Wine Room and Prep Area.  This winner was chosen out of hundreds of projects submitted across the country.  As stated by the magazine, this year’s winning entries raise the bar, offering a variety of smart ways to address both the clients’ practical and aesthetic needs, showing exemplary care and craftsmanship in the execution of the work.  We couldn’t be prouder or more excited to be a part of this national recognition!

Remodeling Magazine Top 550

We were excited to make #129 in the Top 550 of Remodeling Magazine, a prestigious annual ranking that lists the industry’s top full- service remodelers, replacement contractors, insurance restoration firms, and franchise operations. This was not Hatfield’s first time being honored by Remodeling Magazine; last year we also made their Big50 list and won the Guild Quality Service award, which they noted that this year as well.

Qualified Remodeler Top 500

Qualified Remodeler puts out the original ranking of the nation’s largest remodelers each year, and it’s a huge honor to be placed on this list. As explained by the editorial director and co-owner of the magazine, Patrick O’Toole, “It is the oldest and most respected list of its kind in the industry.” The ranking takes into consideration every role and type of company that contributes to the home remodel industry — we were proud to represent Dallas, TX in the Design/Build Remodeler category.
