Hatfield Builders Takes Home Four Contractor of the Year Awards from NARI of Greater Dallas

On November 14, 2017, Team Hatfield was honored to take home four Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Greater Dallas Chapter. We are thrilled to have had such a successful year and take great pride in these winning projects, some of which have already been recognized by other industry awards. We want to extend a huge thank you to our incredible team of designers, builders, and administrators who all help uphold the Hatfield standard in every project we do!

NARI CotY selects their winners based on a sophisticated scoring system. Points are awarded based on a variety of questions, which include:

• To what degree were the expressed needs of the client met?
• To what degree does the project enhance the existing structures functionally?
• To what degree does the project enhance the existing structure aesthetically?
• Is there evidence of superior craftsmanship?
• Were innovative uses of material and/or methods of construction used in the project?
• Did the contractor overcome difficult obstacles?
