It’s been a season of honors and plenty of hard work for the Hatfield team this spring. We were thrilled to be named among the REMODELING Magazine Big50 for 2015. It’s a distinction we’re proud of, not only does it speak to how we design, but how we work. At Hatfield Builders and Remodelers, communication and customer service are our top priorities.

In addition to being named one of the top 50 firms in the nation, we were one of four companies who received the Service Excellence Award as well. In conjunction with GuildQuality, an Atlanta-based satisfaction polling company, REMODELING named four winners among the Big50 who clients say consistently offer the best customer service. We feel confident enough to say that we do feel loved by our clients. When asked what inspires Chad, the first response is always the customer. It brings him much joy to have been brought into so many of your homes and families, creating not only working relationships, but friendships, too.
