This North Dallas, TX master bath remodel was previously stuck in the 1990s.  The builder grade finishes, soffits and brass trim dated the space.  Our clients knew we could give them something much more custom and updated.  The redesign of the bath started by removing the soffits and tired wallpaper.  We demolished the old shower and cultured marble tub to make way for an expanded shower and American standard tub from the Studio collection.  The large new shower features a frameless glass, a large bench, hand shower and fixed shower head from Kohler’s contemporary collection.  The vertical band of mosaic tile and matching shower floor accents the Daltile Spark on the shower walls.  The tub with modern Brizo Siderna roman tub filler tucks nicely under the window in the corner and a custom seating area for them to put on their shoes was created.  The white vanities are all new with a knee space for her and shaker style doors and drawers.  We topped them with Calacatta Gold Marble and did modern Brizo Siderna faucets with Kohler under mount sinks.  The dressy Seymour mirrors, Minka Lavery 5 light chandelier and matching sconces from the Agilis collection keep this bathroom in a classic and modern elegance.  Our homeowners have been loving this oasis and asked us to return to remodel their other Dallas, TX bathroom remodels
