A family bought this Plano, TX home remodel because they loved the location and knew that they could make this into a home where their young children could grow up. This home had previously been neglected and with original 1990’s finishes it needed work on every square inch. Our design took this kitchen down to the wall studs and every surface replaced. We took out the 2 islands and moved the pantry down to provide room for the refrigerator and double ovens. A new work triangle was created with a large island where ease of cooking could be done between the sink, cooktop, oven and refrigerator. It is attractive with new white cabinets, Kitchen Aid appliances, Blanco Silgranite sink and Danze Pre-Rinse faucet. Our design added interest to this space with a contrasting black, white and grey granite on the large island. The glass tile backsplash and under cabinet lights along with added recessed lighting make this area bright and a great place for gathering. Bar seating was added on the island to talk while preparing meals. The flooring is a durable grey Eleganza 12 x24 tile. This Plano, TX kitchen renovation is now the perfect gathering spot for this family and all of their guests!
