We are excited that we have become part of the Alair Homes team.
This 1st floor of a 3 level condo was dated and had an isolated layout. It was not working for our Dallas, TX home remodeling client. Since this space is on the ground floor, our Plano, TX home design team included careful engineering in order to remove the walls and give the client the open kitchen concept into the living room that he desired. The brand new kitchen provides the perfect backdrop for this living area. All new Regal engineered flooring and streamlined recessed lighting were installed to brighten the space. The stairs got a facelift with a new starter step, landing, treads, post, and handrail to match the new floors and modernize the space. Floating shelves for glassware and a cabinet below made the best use of the bar corner and countertop. All new flush glazed, fiberglass French doors provide natural light. Soothing grey walls and contrasting dark grey on the fireplace adds interest. The powder bath also got made over with a new vanity, sink and mirror. This client is thrilled with his new contemporary and masculine Dallas, TX living room remodel.
