We are excited that we have become part of the Alair Homes team.
Originally built in 1947, this Bluffview neighborhood Dallas, TX home got a massive makeover and addition by the Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) Builders team. At now over 2300 sf, this newly remodeled home has an open floor plan with spacious kitchen that opens to this spacious living room and an all new master suite. The home was nearly doubled in size and new finishes were placed throughout. The all new kitchen features an open L shape to the living area with expresso cabinets and Kitchen Aid appliances. . All new oak hardwood floors in a medium stain were run throughout the home. The new master suite opens up to the back yard with its French doors and the master bath has a masculine feel dark tile and modern Kohler fixtures. The powder bath is meant for show with Ann Sacks Lucian glossy tile in a herringbone pattern, vessel sink and cool wall mount faucet. This once charming old home, now has been updated with a sophisticated style to last in this desirable Dallas neighborhood for years to come!
