Kelly Lane Master Bathroom Remodel Project

An outdated, heavily cream and brown Plano, TX master bathroom remodel gets the renovation of a lifetime with the design, skill and expertise of the Hatfield Builders team. For these clients who just completed their kitchen and living room remodel with us, it was time to tackle the 1990s master bath.  What was once a dark, cathedral/tunnel effected bathroom is now a clean, modern and subtle oasis.  We re-formatted the space, combined the vanities and made one entry with a pocket door.  We flattened the ceiling in order to remove the cathedral look of the space.  With custom slab front, rift cut, white oak cabinetry and sea green quartzite countertops and cement inspired wood floors, this new master bathroom is the envy of every spa in Dallas.  Boasting a 10’ steam shower with WaterTiles rain forest shower head and a custom audio sound system, the ability to leave the world behind is just steps away from the bedroom.  Now a centerpiece in the room, the Blu Freestanding Soaker Tub with Kohler Freestanding Tub Filler, grounded by a blue and green tile pebble “mat” can be enjoyed visually as well as physically.  It was important to these clients to have TV Cabinet in Corner which allows for good visibility in all areas of bath.  The use of clean, tailored materials such as cement inspired floor tile, oversized, Glass and Ann Sacks water inspired shower walls tiles and bright, polished plumbing fixtures bring a sense of harmony and calmness to the overall aesthetic.  A new lighting plan was the icing on the proverbial cake with a modern recessed light trough, new vanity sconces that highlight the face and new but understated glowing toe kicks second as a night light in the late hours.  These Plano, TX bathroom remodel homeowners couldn’t be happier with their opulent bathroom and its sophisticated features.
