We are excited that we have become part of the Alair Homes team.
Along with the kitchen, this Dallas, TX living room remodel was exactly what this family space needed. We started with opening up and remodeling the kitchen and knowing that the clients desired more, we made sure that the great room was a cohesive look that the clients love. After relocating the HVAC system that sat above the den, the ceiling was raised to give new life to the den space and allow one to breathe. We demolished the tile floor and put in a hand scraped medium oak hardwood throughout the heart of the home. On the fireplace Merola Lantern porcelain mosaic tile and contrasting grout with a dark wood mantle were a welcome change from the overwhelmingly large, black painted brick wall that was sadly dominating the space before. The wall shared between the den and formal living was also opened to allow visual openness and flow from the moment one entered the home. The patio doors were replaced with a masonite fiberglass full-lite patio door unit. Cool Whites and Grays throughout the Kitchen, Den and Formal Living provide a cohesive color scheme. The now well-lit, open and easy flowing Dallas, TX great room remodel now sits in the once dark, dreary and closed off main space.
