We are excited that we have become part of the Alair Homes team.
Our clients, a young couple eager to purchase a home and get settled before their baby was born, were in the process of making an offer on this quaint 1950’s house. They thought the Dallas, TX kitchen remodel held potential but wanted to consult on just how much potential the home held. This kitchen was tiny, dark, boxed in and totally lacked storage. Our Plano, TX kitchen design included the careful selection of shaker style white cabinetry, glass subway tile, and river white granite and stainless steel appliances. In the redesign, a portion of the oversized old formal dining area was repurposed by extending the kitchen area and allowing a huge pantry to be built. The existing island was removed and a new large island with bar height seating, storage, a work station and new sink area would be adjacent to the pantry. The hardwoods installed in the kitchen were matched to the existing original hardwoods in the living area to keep the “historic” feel and provide a striking accent to the white clean lines in the kitchen. The homeowners are quite pleased with the choice to purchase this home and love the new kitchen!
