Jerad Baker, Project Manager

Role:  As a Project Manager, Jerad attends all pre-construction meetings and walkthroughs at the Clients home with our Sales, Designers, Estimator and Area Managers.  He ensures all project paperwork, to include plans, specifications, purchase orders and change orders are accurate. He is the liaison throughout the project and is the primary contact during construction.  He is in responsible for ordering all project material and coordinating delivery according to production schedule.  In addition to that, he supervises all subcontractors and crews to maintain quality of work and timeliness of the project is kept in check. He follows the project from beginning to end and isn’t done until the clients are 100% satisfied.

 Experience:  Jerad joins us at Hatfield after being in the Emergency Medical Services profession for seven years. Jerad has an extensive background in the construction business ranging from roof consultant to home builder assistant. He enjoys raising cattle, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Jerad is eager to be back in the construction world and is ready to serve his clients.
