John Imhoff, Project Manager

Role: As a Project Manager, John oversees projects from start to finish.  He makes sure his team is on task, staying on schedule and keeping the site safe and clean.  He is held accountable for keeping the jobs running smoothly and keeping open communication between the clients and our team.  He’s there to answer any questions and find answers for the clients, no matter what part of the process is involved.

Experience: John graduated from University of Texas in Arlington with a degree in Business and embarked on a career in Real Estate Management and Investment. After the real estate crash of the late 80s, he capitalized on several multi-family opportunities in Arlington forming partnerships with local investors. After selling these properties he started a remodeling partnership calling upon his experience as a facility manager for those multi-family properties. After closing his remodeling business at the end of 2017, John was fortunate to join Team Hatfield in 2018.
