I interviewed three different remodelers before finding Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano), none of which listened to my desires for the home. From the moment I called Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) I was listened to, Chad and his team spent significant time with my husband and I listening to our desires and identifying our pain points. Chad came up with a beautiful design which took my dark, outdated 1978 home to a transitional style that is light and bright, opening up amazing views to the lake and fountains behind the home. Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) never pushed additional work, I knew Chad was the right choice when he told me to honor the home when I wanted to take the project over the top and further than it needed to go. Hatfield’s team treated our money like their own and accommodated every change order I requested. When we ran into a termite/water damage issue uncovered during the remodel Chad and team quickly circled to find a solution which kept the project on track and completed on time. I highly recommend Hatfield (now Alair Homes- Plano) Builders & Remodelers and will be using them again.
